the purpose of this blog is to promote overall well being and happiness, focusing on being happy with yourself. i believe in healthy ways in order to be content with my body, and i would rather be healthy and fit than just skinny (whatever that means now-a-days). if you have any advice/questions/tips i would love to hear it! thank you :)
